1. You must be over 18 to complete this questionnaire
2. The voucher will be emailed to you after your survey has been validated
3. We reserve the right to return your questionnaire and ask you to re-submit if we find it to be incomplete
4. Vouchers are valid for 2 weeks from date of the email.
5. All feedback whether negative or positive will be treated with confidence and good grace.
6. The £10 voucher is only valid when you spend £25. This £25 must include food.
7. Non exchangeable for cash or like for like products or services.
8. Vouchers have no cash value.
9. Vouchers are valid Monday to Thursday but may not be used on Bank Holidays.
10. Lost vouchers will not be replaced under any circumstances.
11. Only one voucher to be used per transaction.
12. Vouchers may not be duplicated or re-used.
13. Subject to availability.
14. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
15. The management reserve the right to refusr admission in line with normal licensing law.
16. Identification will be required to validate voucher at point of sale.
